Do I need to know anything about technology?
No. We set everything up. You use WhatsApp and a simple page, as you do today.
What if it gives a customer a wrong answer?
It only answers from your own information. When it is unsure, it says so and passes the customer to you. During the pilot we read the conversations with you and fix anything that is off.
Does it work in Bangla?
Yes, in Bangla and English, and it replies in the language the customer uses.
What does "helper" mean in "Your hours, back"?
It is a piece of software that does routine computer work for you, like drafting messages and preparing reports. People sometimes call it an AI agent. It only does what you allow, and asks before anything important.
Who can see my customers' messages?
You, and us while we set things up and support you. We never sell or share your data. See the privacy page for details.
How long does setup take?
A demo takes a few days. Most setups go live within one to two weeks after you say yes.
What happens if I stop?
You keep your website and your information. We switch the assistant off and hand everything over.
