You stay in control
- It answers only from information you give or approve.
- When it is not sure, it says so and passes the customer to you.

What it won't do
- It won't make up prices, offers or opening hours.
- It won't replace your staff. It takes the repetitive part off their hands.
- It won't promise results. Any saving we mention is an estimate, and we show how we worked it out.
- It won't share your customers' details with anyone.

- It answers only from information you give or approve.
- Who can see your customers' messages: you, and us while we set things up and support you.
- We never sell or share your data.
